A pretty villa, set in beautiful gardens within walking distance of the old town of Pollenca. Villa Paz is a four star property with accommodation for eight on one storey. Guests enter the villa via steps leading to a covered terrace, with doors into a large, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This house is ideal for a holiday with an extended family, as it is decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style with pine beams, tiled floors and simple furnishings.
The lounge has everything to keep the kids occupied if it gets too hot outside, including satellite TV, DVD player and hi-fi, while in the large kitchen/ utility area there is a washing machine and dishwasher. Doors from the living room lead to the bedrooms – there are four in total, and three bathrooms.
Outside, the garden surrounds the villa – so there is plenty of room to play, relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. No one will want to leave this oasis of calm, as there is a large Roman style swimming pool, a covered barbecue with dining table, well tended lawns, a table tennis table, sun-loungers and beautiful views of the mountains. However, should you choose to venture out the Medieval town of Pollenca with its bustling Sunday market is a short walk away and the beach at Puerto Pollenca is 10 minute drive away.
