Situated close to the classic Mallorcan town of Arta – Villa Mariposa is a stunning, stylish and modern villa. The front door leads to a large hallway with a staircase leading to the second floor accommodation – and a skylight which allows the warm sunshine to stream in. Directly in front of you there is the spacious open-plan living space, with sofas, flat screen television (as well as satellite tv and dvd player) and a dining area. Large glass doors lead out on to the covered terrace, lawned garden and swimming pool; here you can enjoy the fabulous views across the conservation area to the sea, or cool off and enjoy the sofas on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Inside, the kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and there is a door through to the laundry room with its washing machine.
